Whenever I enter a bathroom, my focus is on one thing and that is the toilet tissue! Call me strange or weird but, believe me I have a good reason. When Pollinate offered this campaign, I jumped on it!
I have a long history with toilet tissue. Some good memories and some not so good. Like the time my toilet paper gave me the “itch”. Now, I did not know that the toilet paper was the culprit until after I went to the doctor and was examined. Yep, most embarrassing. I was convinced that I had worms or some other exotic condition. Finally after trying various and assorted anti inch creams and changing laundry detergents, it dawned on me that it could be the toilet paper or better yet, what the toilet paper was leaving behind. Now, I will let you in on a little secret. Actually come to think about it, this is no secret! How long have we been cleaning baby and toddler bottoms with wet wipes? A long time! I confess, the first time I bought them, it kinda felt embarrassing, but it only makes good common hygienic sense for all ages. Let’s face it, sometimes a little extra cleaning help is needed. I bought these wipes to help with my “problem”. The combination of the dry first and wet last practice really made the difference. What I discovered was, EVERYONE in my family loved them! When I say this system is good for all ages, we have toddlers to elderly in our home on a regular basis. Providing this cleaning option is essential especially during potty training when they are just learning to wipe. Grabbing a wipe to follow up after their attempt is so handy and insures they feel clean and proud of their success. In fact, I even installed this little shelf to hold my Cottonelle Fresh Care cleansing cloths dispenser right beneath the Cottonelle Clean Care toilet paper, like step one, step two.
I ran across these little shelves while out thrifting and they appear to be just the right size for the Cottonelle Cleansing Wipe dispenser. I threw a little paint on one and it worked out great!
