I have in my possession 2 Dyson vacuum cleaners and 3 individual carpet cleaners. Although I have awesome equipment my carpets never looked, smelled or felt very clean. One of the main causes of our dirty carpets is pet stains. About two years ago we adopted a very sweet and highly anxious puppy.
Meet Cooper, the sweetest most anxiety ridden dog you will ever put your eyes on. He’s doing A LOT better but he has an issue where he pees if you simply look at him wrong. I am NOT exaggerating. We are pretty sure poor Cooper was badly abused before we adopted him because besides the anxiety he’s missing several permanent teeth. Unfortunately, with a highly stressed dog comes lots of accidents. Although we spot clean them regularly it takes hours and hours to deep clean all of the carpets and the stairs. Not to mention the cost. The cleaning solution for two bottles is about $40.
You can see the stairs were one of the worst places Cooper has accidents. The stairs are the absolute hardest to clean. I was done. Seriously, I was so done with trying to clean all of these carpets. This is where COIT carpet cleaning came to the rescue. Now keep in mind I am an avid DIYER. I do most everything myself I have never used a professional carpet cleaning service. I mean I’m the girl that fixes her own pipes! However…. I finally had so many to-dos on my list I had to through up the white flag and SURRENDER!
I am not sure what I was expecting but I was surprised to see such a clean and professional van parked in my driveway. I was even more surprised at the professionalism of the COIT Carpet Cleaning expert. He was punctual, informative, polite and extremely nice.
Here’s a peak at the machinery that COIT Carpet Cleaning uses . Pretty cool, right? Well this stays in the van and a long blue hose is what comes in to your house. I was in SHOCK when I walked out in to my garage and saw that the COIT Professional had lowered my garage door all the way down just enough to pass the hose through instead of leaving it all the way open.
What he doesn’t know is that our neighborhood has a bad theft problem. Thieves frequently steal out of open unattended garages. This small act of prevention made me realize that this was the best carpet cleaning service ever! It really meant a lot to me. Now you know my opinion on the professional they sent out to my house but are you dying to know if COIT professional carpet cleaning was worth it?
My answer is YES !!!! Take a look for yourself. The right side of the stairs is so incredibly clean. It was far better of a result than I have ever gotten on my own.
The difference was undeniable, the carpets smelled and looked brand new. It took only one hour of time and the cost is ridiculously affordable! I saved hours having COIT Carpet Cleaning to come in and take this off my to do list. Now I am just wondering why I waited so long. My husband was so thrilled he said for that price they can come back every month!

We have had our carpet professionally cleaned but I really haven’t been happy with it. We’ve replaced most of the carpet in our house. We’ve lived here for ten years and we don’t have pets — we did have a nervous collie at our house in the country. Yes there were accidents. Getting back to now, the people who owned the house before us had a dog. I still get a dog smell when I vacuum. We’ve had the carpet cleaned quite a few times. Finding a reliable company would be welcome.
