Last year I composed a Holiday gift guide for Infants, Toddlers, and Twos. Everything on that list was carefully selected based on my experience with each toy. All of those items are still great for this Holiday season as well.
Target still has many of my suggestions from last year, but I wanted to add a few more to the infant, toddler and twos list this year. Click on picture below to order from Target.com.
These three items above are in stores and online now and are awesome infant/toddler and twos gifts!
Preschool Holiday List
I never got around to making the preschool and school aged list last year but, I am here to say I made it this year! Now, my toy lists each year are not based on what toys are “popular” with the kids.
I take several factors in to account. For instance, are they durable, age appropriate, safe, and stimulating.
For the preschooler in your life my top picks are art easels and art materials, play dishes, Dr. Kits, and Imaginext play sets. Each of these items promotes creativity and imagination. Preschoolers are often in the stage of needing to express creativity with hands on art, dramatic play and imaginative play small toys.
School Aged Holiday List
What happened? Your kid got older and now they only want one thing for Christmas and it’s $500. Well, that’s what happens in my house at least. I still have a few ideas for your school aged kid which are all under $50.
What’s on your child’s “must have” list? I’d love to know!!

wow, you’ve covered pretty much every age group from 2 to 10! While my daughters have out grown Barbie dolls, they still are avid fans of Target focusing on iTunes cards and books like the Hunger Games Trilogy. But when they were younger, they were really into writing boards and tea sets and so forth. But great post!
