Aren’t we all just busy as bumble bees? Buzzing here and there and everywhere! Back to school, off to work or maybe even both. Then everyday there is this thing called lunch. Thankfully, a fresh and healthy lunch can be easy and fun with Bumble Bee Tuna. Let’s pack a lunch…
Tuna is just yummy with fresh crunchy veggies, whole wheat bread or crackers, and greens. Did I mention how healthy it is? Busy schedules often equals fast food or grab whatever on the go. Busy Bees need high level nutrition and having a pretty napkin and lime green lunch container is good too.
Let’s see, we need something low carb, low fat, low in sugar, calories and sodium with protein, heart healthy and a little omega 3’s for this Thing Called Lunch. That can be kinda complicated. Can you believe that all that come in this nifty pouch that is easy to open and doesn’t leak or even have to been drained? That is a total score!
And I just have to share one more of my favorite Bumble Bee Tuna lunches and tell you that Bumble Bee is also available in cans that can be used in either recipe as well.
Have you heard of Lavish Bread? I just love the name Lavish. Who wouldn’t want to have something Lavish for This Thing Called Lunch. And that white creamy stuff is a yummy blend of Greek Yogurt and Cream Cheese. Doesn’t it just sound sumptuously rich, elaborate and luxurious?
I have recently discovered that fresh bell peppers are just amazing with Tuna and they are so very good for you. We grow them in our garden and you can read all about it in our Plentiful Peppers post.
Roll it , wrap it and pack it for A Thing Called Lunch. Enjoy the simple, uncomplicated goodness of Bubble Bee Tuna.
Do you have a favorite Tuna recipe? We would love to hear about it. Please share in the comment section below for everyone to enjoy and of course Bumble Bee experts have some delicious recipes on their website.

We love our tuna and make lots of wraps!! they are so easy to eat and very neat. We’ve tried many variations – but never with a green pepper — we’ll have to try it. Thanks for the tip.
